ASICS Promoter Program
NRG was given the brief to recruit, train and manage staff for ASICS. The focus was to sell out ASICS running shoes with great KPI results – of course we were up for the challenge!
Our solution was to appoint one team lead in each of the Nordic countries. Each team lead was given the responsibility to recruit, train, manage and coach the promoters. Our Nordic CSM acts as single point of contact against ASICS. We use NRG Engage engagement & training platform to onboard and pre-train new staff before their first training with ASICS.
The project resulted in a happy client and marked the start for the great success of the ASICS promoter program.
The first round was so successful that we have been trusted to keep managing the ASICS promoter program in Europe.
Every weekend we staff up stores in the Nordic countries with 77 ASICS brand ambassadors.
